Thankful 2007

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we have much to be thankful for. We have been blessed very much this year. We are thankful for all of the amazing travel that we experienced this year. We shared a lot of wonderful time with friends and family. And to top it all off, God has blessed us with a baby on the way.



Our plans for the holiday weekend include Aaron working tonight and me, tomorrow. But, we have a Saturday dinner planned with Hayley and Aunt Beck and we are very much looking forward to the Thai inspired sweet potatoes that they will be bringing among other fixings. We plan to have turkey, of course, as well as some delicious seafood fare.


Aaron will also be painting our nursery over the next few days. We have combined our craft area and office area into one to make room for our new addition. We have a nicely sized 12X12 bedroom right next to ours that will be the nursery.


Since we are keeping the baby's sex a suprise, we are using some gender-neutral colors. We have chosen Orange Slice, Milk Toast and Antique White as our colors so far. We'll see?

The first draft

Here it is for all you Stewart fans who have been waiting so patiently for some technically advanced communications. We're away from home right now, so unfortunately there will be no pictures for our first post.

We are spending a wonderful weekend in Spokane, Washington with Aaron's family. We are celebrating birthday's for me (the big 30!), Aaron's sister, Rebecca and his mom, Madeline.

We enjoyed a divine spa day at the Davenport hotel where I enjoyed a ginger-lime body butter scrub and a pedicure. What a treat! Not to mention some famous Bruttle's peanut brittle from the gift shop. Here are some amazing pictures taken a few weeks ago during a big windstorm in the Seattle area. The ferries were stopped for a few runs after this run.

On another note, the pregnancy is going well. I have entered the glorious 2nd trimester and some energy has returned. I also have a little bit of a belly, so that is fun. It will be better when it is more recognizable as a pregnant belly and not a beer belly.
