Happy Birthday!

My last day pregnant.

Today is the day for Baby Stew #2's birthday. We are headed to the hospital at 10:30 for the baby's birth. We are all excited to meet our new little one. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers today.

1 week to go...

The countdown continues and we eagerly await our new arrival. We will be at Harrison Medical next Friday AM for the big day. Asher is going to spend the day with his special Aunties, Hayley and Beck, from Seattle and Spokane. For anyone who wants the first baby pics, I'm including a link to the hospital web site so you can take a look. We'll try to get a post up as soon as we can to share the big news.

24 Days to Baby!

The Stewart family is awaiting the arrival of its newest member, scheduled to arrive on March 19, 2010. Asher has been especially busy practicing being a big brother...

All in all it has been a busy winter for the family and we are thankful for all our family and friends that have been helping us get ready for Baby Stew!

Amidst the busy work we have been able to share some special time with family over Christmas break and in January for a Lake Tahoe ski trip.

Asher wrestling with his older cousin, Aidan. Finally someone he can REALLY wrestle with. We knew we'd get a picture of this sooner or later. I'm just waiting for him to cozy up and fall asleep in there.

Oh boy...

...or girl! We recently had our 20 week ultrasound and decided to keep Baby Stew #2 a surprise for all. We are on track for a new little brother or sister at the end of March and we'll try to keep you all posted on our quarterly blog update. (Ha Ha!)


Aaron finally hit the BIG 30! Can you believe it?

Asher was so fortunate to host a playdate at his house a few weeks ago. Talk about a houseful of kidlets and organized chaos, so I didn't get pictures of everyone!

4 Toddlers for dinner...pretty exciting and just a little messy, but we have Bode to help with that.

We have had some fall yard cleanup to do and Asher has been jumping right in to help Daddy. He is quick to point out that safety is the number one priority. Don't forget your personal protective equipment!

Yes, we did go trick or treating and Asher made the cutest Zebra ever! Downtown Bremerton businesses were open late and there was a hayride too. Fortunately he didn't get too jazzed up on candy and was still able to sleep.

Let's see... I also had a birthday to celebrate. I was born in 1977, so you do the math. We went to a fun noodle shop in Capitol Hill to feel hip, while Aunt Beck watched Asher for the evening.

More leaves from our big maple tree...they just keep coming along with the winter rain.
